Booking and Consultations

Appointments

• Consultation appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form or by phone
• We will confirm all appointments via email or phone
• You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, dietary habits, and goals
• Inform us of any changes to your health status or circumstances
• Follow recommendations at your own discretion and consult healthcare providers as needed
• Take responsibility for your own health decisions
• Notify us if you experience any adverse effects from following our recommendations
